Compliance status is a measure of how well an oil and gas refinery is complying with the environmental regulations and standards that apply to its operations. Compliance status can be expressed as a percentage, a score, a color code, or a label (e.g. Compliant, Non-compliant, Partially compliant, etc.)

The OGR system allows you to monitor the compliance status of your refinery and compare it with your targets and standards. You can use the system to:

• View the overall compliance status of your refinery

• View the compliance status of each compliance plan, objective, target, and action

• View the compliance status of each environmental aspect, impact, and indicator

• View the compliance status of each regulatory requirement and standard

• View the compliance status trends and changes over time

• View the compliance status reports and charts

To monitor compliance status in the OGR system, follow these steps:

Step 1: Log in to the OGR system

• Open your web browser and go to the OGR system website: https://ogr.cabinda.gov.ao

• Enter your username and password and click on “Log in”

• You will be directed to the OGR system dashboard, where you can access various features and functions of the system

Step 2: View the overall compliance status of your refinery

• On the dashboard, you will see a widget that shows the overall compliance status of your refinery

• The widget displays the percentage of compliance, the score of compliance, and the color code of compliance

• The percentage of compliance is calculated by dividing the number of compliant items by the total number of items in your refinery

• The score of compliance is calculated by assigning points to each item based on its compliance level and weighting factor

• The color code of compliance is determined by comparing the percentage or score of compliance with a predefined threshold or range

• For example, if your refinery has 80% compliance, 90 points out of 100, and green color code, it means that your refinery is complying with most of the environmental requirements and standards and has a high level of environmental performance

Step 3: View the compliance status of each compliance plan, objective, target, and action

• On the dashboard, click on the “Compliance Plans” tab on the left sidebar

• You will see a list of all the compliance plans that you have created or have access to

• To view the details of a compliance plan, click on the “View” button next to the plan name

• You will see a summary of your compliance plan, including the objectives, targets, and actions

• To view the compliance status of each objective, target, and action, click on the “Status” button next to the item name

• You will see a chart that shows the percentage, score, color code, and label of compliance for each item

• You can also update the compliance status of each item by clicking on the “Update” button next to the item name. A pop-up window will appear where you can enter or modify the percentage, score, color code, and label of compliance for each item

Step 4: View the compliance status of each environmental aspect, impact, and indicator

• On the dashboard, click on the “Environmental Aspects” tab on the left sidebar

• You will see a list of all the environmental aspects that are relevant to your refinery operations

• To view the details of an environmental aspect, click on the “View” button next to the aspect name

• You will see a summary of your environmental aspect, including its description, category, significance level, impacts, indicators, and standards

• To view the compliance status of each impact, indicator, and standard, click on the “Status” button next to the item name

• You will see a chart that shows the percentage, score, color code, and label of compliance for each item

• You can also update the compliance status of each item by clicking on the “Update” button next to the item name. A pop-up window will appear where you can enter or modify the percentage, score, color code, and label of compliance for each item

Step 5: View the compliance status of each regulatory requirement and standard

• On the dashboard, click on the “Regulatory Requirements” tab on the left sidebar

• You will see a list of all the regulatory requirements and standards that apply to your refinery operations

• To view the details of a regulatory requirement or standard, click on the “View” button next to its name

• You will see a summary of your regulatory requirement or standard, including its description, source, type, category, level, and scope

• To view the compliance status of a regulatory requirement or standard, click on the “Status” button next to its name

• You will see a chart that shows the percentage, score, color code, and label of compliance for the item

• You can also update the compliance status of the item by clicking on the “Update” button next to its name. A pop-up window will appear where you can enter or modify the percentage, score, color code, and label of compliance for the item
